Thai-Chinese Noodle Sizzler

Take a big mouth in the tasty noodle plates, and see how you can not resist it!!!

Ingredients:

  • Noodles
  • Tomato/chilly sauce
  • Cabbages
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Cottage cheese
  • Chilly powder
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Pepper

Method:

Take half a bowl of semi boiled noodles. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucer. Semi fry a handful of cabbages, onions, carrots, mushrooms and cottage cheese in it. After the onions turn brownish yellow add the semi boiled noodles and 4 tablespoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1.5 teaspoons of lemon juice in it heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add tomato/ chilly sauce in it and heat for 1 minute. Serve hot and with any drink!
