Spicy Eggplant |

Try this spicy eggplant treat. |
Ingredients- 1 no. Eggplant(large)
- 2 nos. Onion
- ½ tbsp. Ginger(paste)
- ½ tbsp. Garlic(paste)
- 1 tsp. tamarind(juice)
- 1 tsp. Spice mix for Chaat
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 2 nos. Green Chilies
- 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
Method- Keep the eggplant on direct flame for roastin or you can also roast it in a pre-heated oven.
- Meanwhile, dice the onions and green chillies into small pieces.
- Heat little oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste, heat it for a minute then add the cut onions and saute for two minutes.
- After that remove the skin of the roasted eggplant and mash it properly.
- Add the mashed eggplant to the onions and stir it properly.
- Now add the tamarind juice, and salt and the chat masala.
- The dish is ready now.
- Add few coriander leaves for garnishing and taste.
