Recipe for Stir Fried Bok-choy |

Love Chinese stir fry? Here is a very simple recipe for stir fry bok choy. |
Serves 4 Ingredients:- 6 heads of washed bok-choy
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Salt
- 3 Tablespoons of Oil
Directions:- Separate the leaves of the bok-choy.
- Turn on the stove to high heat.
- Add oil to pot and wait for the oil to start evaporating.
- Add the leaves and mix for 1 minute.
- Add the salt and continue mixing.
- Cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Check to see if leaves are tender and if they are, serve in a medium bowl.
