Recipe for Stir Fried Bok-choy

Love Chinese stir fry? Here is a very simple recipe for stir fry bok choy.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 6 heads of washed bok-choy
  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons of Oil

Directions:

  1. Separate the leaves of the bok-choy.
  2. Turn on the stove to high heat.
  3. Add oil to pot and wait for the oil to start evaporating.
  4. Add the leaves and mix for 1 minute.
  5. Add the salt and continue mixing.
  6. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Check to see if leaves are tender and if they are, serve in a medium bowl.
