Indian Stuffed Potatoes

Easy and tasty starter, ready in 25 minutes.

This is an easy recipe for a tasty dinner starter. Impress your guests with this exotic Indian cuisine.

4-6 Persons
Preparation time: 5-6 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 (big) potatoes, cooked and peeled.
  • ¾ cup of chickpeas, cooked.
  • 1 tbsp. chaat masala (self made or get it at your local grocery store).
  • 1 tbsp. ginger finely sliced.
  • 1 tsp. green Chili peppers, finely sliced.
  • 1 tbsp. green coriander, finely sliced.
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt as you like

Method

  1. Cut the (cooked) potatoes in half and hollow them out carefully.
  2. Mix the chickpeas with the chaat masala, ginger, green Chili peppers, green coriander, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Stuff the potatoes with this mixture.

You're ready to serve. Enjoy!
