Ingredients
- 8 (big) potatoes, cooked and peeled.
- ¾ cup of chickpeas, cooked.
- 1 tbsp. chaat masala (self made or get it at your local grocery store).
- 1 tbsp. ginger finely sliced.
- 1 tsp. green Chili peppers, finely sliced.
- 1 tbsp. green coriander, finely sliced.
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt as you like
Method
- Cut the (cooked) potatoes in half and hollow them out carefully.
- Mix the chickpeas with the chaat masala, ginger, green Chili peppers, green coriander, lemon juice and salt.
- Stuff the potatoes with this mixture.
