How to Make a Delicious Tofu Stir Fry

Ever wanted to create the perfect vegetarian stir fry? Well here is the recipe for you.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of fried tofu
  • 50 g of beans
  • 50 g of carrots
  • 50 g of baby corn
  • 50 g of bean sprouts
  • 50 g of snow peas
  • 1 sweet corn cob
  • 1 onion
  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
  2. Slice the beans, peel the carrots (slice), cut the kernels off the cob, slice the bean sprouts and slice the onion.
  3. Put some oil into the frying pan or wok. Wait till heated.
  4. Place the sliced onions into the frying pan/wok and put on the gas till it starts frying.
  5. Add the beans, carrots, baby corn, bean sprouts, snow peas, and a bit of the sweet corn kernels. Stir-fry.
  6. After 5 min, or when vegetables are done to suit your taste, add a bit of salt, and then mix tofu pieces. Stir-fry for further 3-4 min.

Method

Pour this stir fry over a food of your choice (rice, noodles etc.) and enjoy!

I know tofu is good for you but I have never used it. I didn't know much about how to prepare it but this looks simple enough.
