Ingredients
- 200 g of fried tofu
- 50 g of beans
- 50 g of carrots
- 50 g of baby corn
- 50 g of bean sprouts
- 50 g of snow peas
- 1 sweet corn cob
- 1 onion
- Cut the tofu into small pieces.
- Slice the beans, peel the carrots (slice), cut the kernels off the cob, slice the bean sprouts and slice the onion.
- Put some oil into the frying pan or wok. Wait till heated.
- Place the sliced onions into the frying pan/wok and put on the gas till it starts frying.
- Add the beans, carrots, baby corn, bean sprouts, snow peas, and a bit of the sweet corn kernels. Stir-fry.
- After 5 min, or when vegetables are done to suit your taste, add a bit of salt, and then mix tofu pieces. Stir-fry for further 3-4 min.
Method
Pour this stir fry over a food of your choice (rice, noodles etc.) and enjoy!
