Ingredients:
Start with 1lbs lean ground chuck, large can 12oz of Contadina Tomato sauce. 2 Old El Paso refried beans, 1 can Bushes kidney beans, 2 table spoons Sam bal Chilly paste, 3 large cloves of garlic, one good size onion. For topping, use 3 green chopped onion stocks, sour cream and sharp cheddar cheese. For bed to serve, use baked tortilla chips.
Method:
Prepare ground chuck by browning in hot skillet, mix chopped unions just before brown.
Mix tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon of Sam bal chilly paste, browned ground chuck with onions, refried beans and kidney beans in crock-pot on high setting.
Allow onions to turn clear then add 3 cloves of chopped garlic then turn crock-pot on low setting.
Cook 2 hours stirring contents every half hour.
Serve chilly on bed of baked tortilla chips, Sour Cream with chopped green onion stocks and sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
