Hot Yummy Cottage Cheese and Peas Curry |

After trying this mouth-watering dish, non-vegetarians start thinking to become vegetarian. |
Ingredients- Two tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 grams of frozen peas or fresh pea
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped medium size tomato
- 1-cup yogurt
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- Two cardamoms, two cloves and a cinnamon stick (1inch in length)
- One-teaspoon mustard seed
- 2-teaspoon cream (optional)
- 20 cubes of cottage cheese
Method- Shallow fry the cottage cheese cubes and keep it aside. Now in a frying pan add olive oil.
- When oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamom into it.
- Add onion. Fry it until onion become yellowish brown.
- Then add tomato and chopped green pepper.
- Cook it in simmer until tomato becomes tender.
- Then add tomato sauce and peas and cook it for five minutes.
- Add yogurt, salt and pepper
- . Stir it continuously for 10 minutes.
- Then add cottage cheese cubes.
- Then add cream.
