Four Season Beans with Miso

This is a crunchy dessert to be served!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg of organic four season beans
  • One teaspoon Miso
  • Some corns
  • Some dry grapes
  • A little seaweed powder or white sesame
  • A few drop of sesame oil

Methods:

  1. Blanch four season beans into boiling water and toss.
  2. For sauce, add in a few drops of sesame oil and mix with Miso.
  3. Sprinkle some corns, dry grapes and a little seaweed powder or white sesame.
