Beans Leaves with Groundnuts Sauce

Beans Leaves with Groundnuts Sauce Dish.

Ingredients:

  • ¼kb beans leaves
  • 2 tablespoons groundnuts sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • ½ bunch of garlic
  • Water
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil beans leaves for 20 minutes;
  2. Chop onions and tomatoes into fine pieces and grind the garlic;
  3. Fry onions, tomatoes and garlic until tender;
  4. Add beans leaves and salt and mix well
  5. Add groundnuts sauce and a little water
  6. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Serve

Yes dr. clown, groundnuts are peanuts, you can use any kind of nuts which are available in your area. In our area we largely use peanuts as they are available all over the place.
