Ingredients:
- 1 Roast (Any kind)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (any kind)
- 1 cup of milk
- a bunch of carrots
- a bunch of celery
- 6 to 8 potatoes
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry roast till brown all the way around. Place roast in large baking dish. Clean and Cut vegetables into 2 inch pieces. Place in pan around the roast. Heat soup with milk. Pour over roast and vegetables. Cover with foil. Cook for 1 hour. Then uncover and let brown. For about 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
