When planning a vegetarian diet, make sure you abide by the rules that going vegan must be pure vegetable diet. No meat must be added to a vegetarian diet because if meat is added then there's no use going vegetarian with meat mixed with your diet. To be a vegan takes more than guts to be able to eat that green, yellow and red vegetables served in front of you. You need maximum control not to eat anything that comes from animals.

You can eat pure vegetables that taste like chicken, pork or fish without having to worry that these food came from something you are trying to avoid.

Ingredients
- A small can of button mushrooms (diced)
- A can of corn kernels
- A small piece of carrot (diced)
- 2 pieces of tomatoes (diced)
- A small red bell pepper
- A medium sized potato (diced)
- A piece of onion (sliced thinly)
- Two cloves of garlic (minced)
- Two tablespoons red wine to taste
Preparation
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
- Add garlic and let it turn golden brown.
- Add sliced onion then tomatoes, stirring constantly.
- Add diced potatoes and carrot. Let it cook for a while before adding the mushrooms and corn kernels.
- Add the strips of red bell pepper and stir until cooked. Do not overcook vegetables. Put fire to high and stir briskly to cook the vegetables equally.
- Splash with red wine and sprinkle with a dash of salt and ground pepper then remove from the skillet and serve.
Never add monosodium glutamate to your vegetable as it will not add any food nutrient to your diet.
