Three-Minute "Pizza"

Craving pizza? This low fat alternative will satisfy your craving and your waistline.

Ingredients

  • Bread
  • Low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Mushrooms

Method

  1. Slice mushrooms and combine them with the tomato sauce in a sauce pan to heat.
  2. Toast bread.
  3. Place saucey mushrooms on toast and add a desired amount of cottage cheese to the top.
