Ten Minute Bean Burrito

A quick and easy burrito recipe with optional ingredients.

Here is a quick and easy Mexican food recipe. You can add as much or as little extra ingredients as you want. So why spend extra time in the kitchen when you do not have to?! I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 16 oz can refried beans (black or pinto)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional Ingredients
  • Chicken (chopped and cooked thoroughly)
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Hot sauce

Method

  1. Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add beans and stir until thoroughly warmed.
  2. Fry tortillas in an oiled skillet on medium heat or heat them in the microwave. Do not over heat.
  3. Spread desired amount of beans to your tortilla.
  4. Add cheese or other condiments. Fold and enjoy.
  5. Prep Time: 5 minutes
  6. Cook Time: 5 minutes
  7. Ready in: 10 minutes
  8. Yield: 4 Servings
