Seafood Salad Casserole

A tasty baked salad, great for summer potluck and family dinner.

Prep Time: 20 min

Bake Time: 20-25 min

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients and Preparation

Preheat oven to 350º F.

In a large bowl, combine:

  • 8 oz crab meat, flaked and drained
  • 4 oz shrimp, drained
  • 1½ cups celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup green pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato, chopped

Blend together:

  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Toss together:

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Stir sour cream blend into seafood mixture. Spoon into 10 x 6 baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
