Seafood & Fried Rice

A delicious seafood and fried rice recipe.

  • Yield: 1 Pax.
  • Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Cooked white rice (cooled)
  • 3 Medium Size Prawn
  • 3 Small Size Calamari (cut into half)
  • 30 grams Fishcake (cut into slices or cubes)
  • 1 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 nos Eggs
  • 4 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon MSG (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat the wok and pour in the cooking oil.
  2. Sautee the chopped garlic until aromatic.
  3. Next add in the eggs and stir it for 30 second.
  4. Then add in the prawn, calamari and fishcake. Stir until it is cooked.
  5. Add in the white rice and stir until it blends with the ingredients in the wok.
  6. After that add in the white pepper powder, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and MSG. Stir it well.
  7. Lastly, serve it while its hot.
