Seafood & Fried Rice |

A delicious seafood and fried rice recipe. |
- Yield: 1 Pax.
- Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes.
Ingredients:- 200 grams Cooked white rice (cooled)
- 3 Medium Size Prawn
- 3 Small Size Calamari (cut into half)
- 30 grams Fishcake (cut into slices or cubes)
- 1 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 nos Eggs
- 4 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon MSG (optional)
Method:- Heat the wok and pour in the cooking oil.
- Sautee the chopped garlic until aromatic.
- Next add in the eggs and stir it for 30 second.
- Then add in the prawn, calamari and fishcake. Stir until it is cooked.
- Add in the white rice and stir until it blends with the ingredients in the wok.
- After that add in the white pepper powder, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and MSG. Stir it well.
- Lastly, serve it while its hot.
