Ingredients
- 125 grams shrimps, peeled
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
- 2 or 3 pieces chili pepper, sliced
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Procedure
- Season the peeled shrimps with a pinch of salt.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and chili in olive oil. Once garlic has turned golden brown, add the shrimps.
- When shrimps turn pink in color, turn them over and remove the pan from fire. Best served sizzling hot.
