Deepfried King Prawn |

Don't Know what to do with that extra kilo of king prawns? Try this and feast with delight. |
Ingredients:- 1 kg king prawns, shelled and deveined, with the tails intact
- Plain flour
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almonds chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 table spoon milk
- Oil for deep frying.
Method:- Dust prawns with the flour and dip in the combined egg and milk.
- Mix the oats and almonds together.
- Press prawns into this mixture and refrigerate for ½ an hour.
- Deep -fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Sprinkle salt and serve with mayonnaise.
