Ingredients:
½ kg big prawn, peeled and defined - 1 egg, beaten - 1 teaspoon milk - Seasoned flour - Breadcrumbs - Oil for deep-frying.
Method:
Cut the prawn right through to resemble a butterfly. Dip in the flour, then in egg mixed with milk. Dip each prawn firmly in the bread crumbs. Till serving time these can be left in the refrigerator. When needed, fry the prawn in hot oil and serve hot with lots of tomato sauce. An easy snack but really tasty.
