Pinto Beans and Ground Turkey Texas Style Chili

This recipe is quick and easy and very healthy it will take less than 35 minutes an you're done and eating a great meal serve with crackers or corn bread and a garden salad even stream white rice will be tasty with this chili!

Ingredients

1 Large cans of Pinto beans
1 lb of Ground Turkey
1 chop up Green Bell pepper
1 chop up medium Yellow or Red onion
4 Coves of crash or chop Garlic  
1 large or 2 medium can of Tomatoe Paste or tomato sauce which ever you like.
2 package of Lawyre's Chili mix or your favorite chili band

Method

To get started get a medium to large size pot set on medium heat. Put a cup and a half of cool water into your pot so you may stream cook you ground turkey until it is done. Drain your cans of Pinto beans and rinse them in a drainer in cool running water, now put the beans into the pot with the cook ground turkey also add the chop bell peppers and onions and garlic all into the pot, cook them togehter for about 8 minutes. Now add the tomatoe paste or tomatoe sauce  add 2 cups of water stir until everything is mix together now add your favorite brand of chili power or Lawyre's chili power mix I usually use 2 packages of Lawyre's chili mix and cook altogether for about 27 to 30 more minutes on medium reduce to low heat remember to stir occasinally until it's thick and done. This is a delicious meal for less than $10.00 and one that will last for a couple of day for delicious left overs yum, yum yum! 

This is a tasty meal that a poor or rich man would enjoy and can be use to make taco filling or chili and rice or a filling for burritos to. My family loves it and so do I and you will too when you try it! Don't forget add a little cheese for topping that's great too!
