Tuna or Chicken Egg Noodle Casserole |

A simple and delicious meal sure to please everyone at your dinner table. A pasta lovers delight! |
Ingredients:- 1 16oz package of wide egg noodles
- 2 6oz cans of tuna or chicken
- 1 15oz can of peas
- 1 8oz package of Cheddar/Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 10.5 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 10.75 can oz of cream of chicken and Herb soup
- 1½ cups of milk
- ½ cup of seasoned bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper for taste if desired
Method:- Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare Egg noodles as directed on package, add the two bullion cubes to the boiling water. Drain and rinse noodles and set aside.
- Mix the two cans of soup and the milk in a large bowl. When well blended stir in noodles, peas and canned meat.
- Add half of this mixture to casserole dish and sprinkle with 4oz of the cheese. Add the rest of the mixture and top with the rest of the cheese and bread crumbs.
- Cover dish with foil or lid and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil or lid and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is slightly brown. Let cool and serve!
