All this Italian typical dishes don't take much more than 20 minutes to be ready and you will shut up your friends about your cooking abilities.
Hi everybody, first of all I want to give you my sorry for my English. I'm from Italy and as you know almost all of us normally don't know English very well.
Speaking with people (guys and girls) from other countries I noticed their surprise regarding the quickness of the cooking procedure of our some poor but tasteful pasta dishes; so I write this article for everybody want to try an alternative to the fast food! Try these typical Italian easy recipes, if you fail the first time, don't worry, try again!
Spaghetti Al Tonno (Spaghetti with Tuna)
Ingredients:

500g spaghetti
-
150g tuna
-
250g peeled tomato (or tomato sauce)

Onion
Method:

Take a pot and fill it with water for 2/3, it must be big enough to contain all the spaghetti.
Light the fire and wait till the water boil.

When the water is boiling put an handful of salt (a fist for a 500g of spaghetti), and after put the spaghetti in the water.
They will cook for 5-10 min, taste it for checking when they are ready.

Tip: During the first minute of cooking use the spoon to turn the spaghetti; in this way they won't glue together.

Waiting for the spaghetti take the onion and mince it and put it in another pan with some oil and leave it to fry (a very quick frying).

In the mean time crumble the tuna and add it in the pan with the onion.

Leave them cooking for some minutes and after smash the peeled tomato ( yes you can also use a good ready tomato sauce, please do not use the tomato paste) and add them to the pan with a pinch of salt and if you want also a pinch of parsley; leave them cooking around 15 min.

When the spaghetti are ready switch of the fire and remove all the water, and now dress spaghetti with your tuna sauce.

Spaghetti Aglio E Olio E Peperoncino (Spaghetti with Oil, Garlic, and Chili Pepper)
Ingredients:

500g spaghetti
-
Garlic
-
Chili Pepper
Method:

Take a pot and fill it with water for 2/3, it must be big enough to contain all the spaghetti.
Light the fire and wait till the water boil.

When the water is boiling put an handful of salt (a fist for a 500g of spaghetti), and after put the spaghetti in the water.
- Tip: During the first minute of cooking use the spoon to turn the spaghetti; in this way they won't glue together.

Take 3 clove of garlic and mince it very thin with few parsley (some people also add other spices, try to use your imagination).
- When the spaghetti are ready switch of the fire and remove all the water, and now dress spaghetti with minced garlic, chili pepper and prodigal olive oil.
- Good Lunch!
Spaghetti alla Carbonara (Spaghetti with Bacon)
Ingredients:

500 g Spaghetti
-
150-200g Smoked Bacon
-
4 Eggs
-
50-80g Grated Parmigiano cheese
Method:

Take a pot and fill it with water for 2/3, it must be big enough to contain all the spaghetti.

Light the fire and wait till the water boil.

When the water is boiling put an handful of salt (a fist for a 500g of spaghetti), and after put the spaghetti in the water.

Make small cube of bacon and brown them in a pan with a few olive oil for 5-7 minutes.

Beat the eggs and add the Parmigiana cheese.

When the spaghetti are ready switch of the fire and remove all the water, put them in the pan with the bacon add some (around 30g) slice of butter and the beaten eggs.

Mix all up till the butter is totally melted and till the eggs results firm.
- Serve it hot!
