Spaghetti & White Cream Sauce Recipe

This is a virtually fat-free version of a classic dish. Try this delightful spaghetti with white cream sauce recipe for dinner tonight.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. Angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
  • ¾ cup Fat-free ricotta cheese
  • ¾ cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups fat-free chicken broth
  • ¾ cup fat-free Parmesan cheese

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well.
  2. Lightly spray large saucepan with nonfat cooking spray; add ricotta cheese and cream cheese to saucepan and cook over medium heat until blended.
  3. Gradually add chicken broth to cheese and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until blended and thick.
  4. Add pasta to sauce and toss until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

This is very good. I cook mine this way because I can't eat tomatoes and it works well.
