Oma's Macaroni And Cheese

Okay, this isn't your supermarket Mac and Cheese. This family recipe has been handed down from generation to generation. You could sell this for a nice little profit, but don't.

Ingredients:

1 Large pkg. of elbow macaroni
8 oz. Ham (DAK imported ham is the best for this dish)
¼ Gouda cheese, grated
Pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
1 C. Milk
2 Cubes of chicken bouillon
4 Tbsp. Butter
4 eggs, beaten

Preparation:

Cook macaroni in boiling water. Remove from heat and drain. Return to pot. Chop ham into bite-size pieces and add to macaroni. With wooden spoon, gently add remaining ingredients and stir. Place the macaroni in casserole dish, sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 300°F for half an hour, or till golden brown on top. Enjoy!
