50 g dried pasta
8-12 basil leaves
1 small clove of garlic
1 tablespoon pine nuts
2 tablespoons olive oil
25 g curd cheese
25 g grated Parmesan
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped spring onion
2-3 black olives, quartered
Cook and drain pasta. Prepare the sauce. Chop the basil, garlic and pine nuts, then mix with oil and cheese. Heat gently. Stir in tomato, spring onion, pasta, olives, and salt and pepper. Stir well and serve.
