How to Make Fiesta Corn and Pasta Skillet |

A festive dish that I hope you will all like. |
Ingredients- 1 ¼ cup dried wagon wheel macaroni or medium shell pasta
- 12 oz. ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 can (15 ¼ oz) Delmonte fiesta corn, drained
- 1 can (14 ½ oz) Delmonte diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
Method of Preparation- Cook pasta according to package directions - drain.
- Meanwhile, brown beef in large skillet drain.
- Stir in chili powder. Cook and stir for one minute.
- Stir corn, undrained tomatoes and cooked pasta. Heat through.
- Get creative: substitute beef with ground turkey or sausage or try another Del Monte vegetable such as gold and white corn or lima beans.
