Mushroom Parisians

An easy vegetarian dish that takes no skills what so ever. You can make it the day before or in less than an hour before your guests arrive. Mushrooms, sour cream, sherry and a few other ingredients. This dish is my all time favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of Monterey jack cheese
  • 3-4 portabella mushrooms without the nub
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 10-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup sautéed onions
  • ½ cup sherry
  • Paprika

Method:

  1. Put the mushrooms in a baking dish
  2. Combine all ingredients together except for the paprika and cheese to make a sauce
  3. Pour the sauce over your portabella mushrooms and then place slices of cheese on top. Lightly shower your dish with paprika for presentation.
  4. Put your dish in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Back for 35-45 minutes. Serve your dish with noodles.

It's that easy!
