Teriyaki Shishkabobs

Easy, tasty, and healthy too.

Ingredients

  • boneless chicken, pork and beef, all or a combination.
  • Teriyaki sauce,
  • ziplock bags,
  • bamboo skewers.

Preparation

  1. Cut up meat into two inch cubes, place in ziplock bag and add teriyaki sauce to marinade. (at least 2 hours but over night is better).
  2. Be sure that bamboo skewers have been soaked in cold water for at least an hour prior to grilling.
  3. Slide meat onto skewers and grill on low on each side for about 10 minutes each side till done.

Low cholesterol and no mess!

Tastes good served over rice.
