Ingredients
- boneless chicken, pork and beef, all or a combination.
- Teriyaki sauce,
- ziplock bags,
- bamboo skewers.
Preparation
- Cut up meat into two inch cubes, place in ziplock bag and add teriyaki sauce to marinade. (at least 2 hours but over night is better).
- Be sure that bamboo skewers have been soaked in cold water for at least an hour prior to grilling.
- Slide meat onto skewers and grill on low on each side for about 10 minutes each side till done.
Low cholesterol and no mess!
Tastes good served over rice.
