Ingredients
- 1kg of pork leg
- 3 eggs
- 2 tea-spoons of red pepper
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- Grounded caraway-seeds
- 3 tea-spoons of mustard
- 3 tea-spoons of ketchup
- Fat for roasting
- 150-200g of sterilized mushrooms
Method
1. Chop the meat to slices and crimp them
2. Beat the eggs
3. Add red pepper, salt and other spices
4. Finally, add mustard and ketchup
5. Spread the marinade on schnitzels and put them into a bowl
6. Put it into cold for at least 24 hours
7. Roast soused schnitzels in higher amount of fat
8. Put some mushrooms onto the schnitzels just before eating
9. Enjoy this tasty meal
Rice and some vegetable salad will make good side dish.
