Satanic Schnitzel

Ingredients

• 1kg of pork meat
• 5 eggs
• 1 tea spoon of savory paprika
• 1 tea spoon of sweet paprika
• 2 tea spoons of ketchup
• 1 tea spoon of grounded caraway-seeds
• 1 tea spoon of grounded pepper
• 2 tea spoons of salt
• 1 tea spoon of marjoram
• 1 tea spoon of mustard
• 1 tea spoon of Worcester sauce

Method

1. Wash the meat, dry it and cut it to plates of same size
2. Salt it
3. Put eggs into bigger dish
4. Add ketchup, mustard and Worcester sauce
5. Beat it
6. Add all spices and mix it
7. Put meat plates into the mix - they must be all completely dipped
8. Leave it at some cold place for at least 12 hours
9. Heat the oil on deeper pan and roast the meat plates
10. Enjoy this tasty meal
