Rosemary-lemon Marinade

Delicious fresh marinade for chicken, fish, veggies.

I have a beautiful herb garden and several fruit trees in my back yard. I love to incorporate fresh ingredients and make magic!

This marinade is so delicious with chicken, fish, and vegetables.

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves

In a small glass jar, combine all ingredients. Use immediately, or cover airtight and refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
