Rosemary Dijon BBQ Steak Marinade

A quick and easy marinade recipe, for a savory grilled steak on the barbecue.

Preparation: 10 min

Marinating Time: 3 hours

Yields: enough for two 16-oz steaks

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 large cooking onion, chopped
  • 6-7 medium garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1-2 teaspoons salt

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Place the steaks in a large resealable plastic bag or non-metal dish with lid. Pour marinade over steaks, and seal the container. Refrigerate about 3 hours.

Discard the marinade, and grill the steaks over a hot fire. Serve and enjoy!
