Ingredients:
Pork shoulder country-style ribs
1 or 2 Tbsp. Butter
Pinch of salt
1 Cube chicken bouillon
Preparation:
De-bone the meat and cut into bite-size pieces. In large frying pan, on medium heat, melt the butter. Add pepper and bouillon, stir. Add the meat and cook till pork is done.
For gravy, use Silvo Kruiden and Mix Voor Rundvlees available in Dutch specialty stores or try an Asian supermarket.
This meat is wonderful served over sauerkraut.
