No-fuss Turkey Breast

Make this fast, and easy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey breast
  • olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp. water

Method:

  1. Rub turkey breast with oil. Place in slow cooker. Add water.
  2. Cover. Cook on High 1 hour, or Low 4-5 hours.
  3. Cool. Debone and cut into bite-sized pieces and store in pint-size plastic boxes in freezer. Use when cooked turkey or chicken is called for.
