Minced Meatloaf |

This is not your regular bread loaf, but a meatloaf. |
Ingredients- 1kg minced meat ;
- 1 cup tomato puree ;
- 1 egg ;
- 2 table spoon tomato sauce ;
- Salt and Pepper to taste ;
- 1 table spoon chicken stock powder.
Preparation- Preheat the oven.
- Put the mince in a large bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients, excluding the tomato sauce.
- Stir till well mixed and shape firmly into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan. Bake for an hour.
- Check if there is any fat. Gently tip the pan and remove the fat.
- Spread the tomato sauce on the of the loaf and return to the oven.
- Bake for another ½ an hour and serve either hot or cold.
