You can eat Marta schnitzels with potato mash and vegetable salad. |
Ingredients- 4 schnitzels from pork meat
- Crumb
- 2 eggs
- Fat for roasting
Method- spread the meat
- Leave it for at least hour
- Cover schnitzels with crumb
- beat the eggs with a bit of salt
- Dip schnitzels in eggs
- Roast them and enjoy this tasty meal
