You can eat Marta schnitzels with potato mash and vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 schnitzels from pork meat
  • Crumb
  • 2 eggs
  • Fat for roasting

Method

  1. spread the meat
  2. Leave it for at least hour
  3. Cover schnitzels with crumb
  4. beat the eggs with a bit of salt
  5. Dip schnitzels in eggs
  6. Roast them and enjoy this tasty meal
