Lazy Beef Casserole

Try this easy recipe tonight. You will be happy you did.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean stew beef
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 1 ¼ cup bouillon
  • 2 packages/envelopes of onion soup
  • ¼ cup flour or bread crumbs

Method

  1. Mix everything together in casserole dish
  2. Cover and bake on 350 degrees for about 3 hours
  3. Serve over rice or noodles

Makes it's own gravy!
