How to Make Mexican Enchiladas

A recipe that has been in my family for years now available to the public.

Ingredients:

  • Beef: 1/2 kg
  • Tortillas: 20
  • Lettuce: 1 head
  • Radishes: 1
  • Tomatos: 4
  • Garlic: 1
  • tooth Cheese: 1/2 kg
  • grated Onion: 1,
  • Pig Fat : 1/4 kg
  • Vinegar: 2 spoonsful
  • Oregano: 1teaspon
  • Black Pepper: As many as you want

Method:

Cut the lettuce elegantly and the radishes in slices. Season the beef. Cook the tomatoes and to blend them with the oregano, the garlic, and salt. Boiling 3 minutes with vinegar. The tortilla is covered completely by the sauce prepared (blended tomato) and you cook both sides in hot pig fat taking care of it so the tortillas are not destroyed. Remove the tortilla and to fill with the meat to be rolled up as flute. They are served with lettuce, radishes and cheese is dusted Then bathe the tortillas with sauce of hot tomato.
