Goulash |

Recipe for goulash. |
Ingredients:- 150-200g of beef
- 2 bigger onions
- 350g of potatoes
- Mix of tomatoes and paprika
- 2 tea spoons of caraway-seeds
- 1 tea spoon of red pepper
- Oil
- 3 spoons of flour
- 10 pieces of pepper
- 4 shucks of garlic
- Salt, marjoram
- Soup pepper
Method:- Cut meat to pieces
- Clean onion and cut it to little pieces
- Roast onion on oil
- Add meat and roast it
- Add red pepper and mix it
- Seal it with water and let it boil
- Add pepper, caraway-seeds and mix if paprika and tomatoes
- Boil the soup until meat is almost soft
- Add potatoes which you have cut to little cubes
- Wait until potatoes are soft
- Let goulash cool down a bit and enjoy eating it
