Goulash

Recipe for goulash.

Ingredients:

  • 150-200g of beef
  • 2 bigger onions
  • 350g of potatoes
  • Mix of tomatoes and paprika
  • 2 tea spoons of caraway-seeds
  • 1 tea spoon of red pepper
  • Oil
  • 3 spoons of flour
  • 10 pieces of pepper
  • 4 shucks of garlic
  • Salt, marjoram
  • Soup pepper

Method:

  1. Cut meat to pieces
  2. Clean onion and cut it to little pieces
  3. Roast onion on oil
  4. Add meat and roast it
  5. Add red pepper and mix it
  6. Seal it with water and let it boil
  7. Add pepper, caraway-seeds and mix if paprika and tomatoes
  8. Boil the soup until meat is almost soft
  9. Add potatoes which you have cut to little cubes
  10. Wait until potatoes are soft
  11. Let goulash cool down a bit and enjoy eating it
