Ingredients
- 400g of pork leg
- 1 bigger onion
- 250ml of cream
- 1 spoon of mustard
- 2 spoons of ketchup
- Oil
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- Ingredients for dampers:
- 4 big potatoes
- 2 shucks of garlic
- 3 spoons of flour
- 1 egg
- 2-3 spoons of milk
- Salt
- Grounded pepper
- Grated cheese
Method
1. Grind the meat
2. Cut the onion into pieces and roast it a bit
3. Add meat and roast it for about 10 minutes
4. Add salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup and mix in the cream
5. Let it boil for a while
6. Make a paste from potatoes and other ingredients for dampers
7. Add mashed garlic, salt, pepper and milk
8. Make thinner dampers
9. Spread the meat mix on each of them, middle them and put them into roaster
10. Powder them with grated cheese
11. Put it into oven and let it bake for a while
12. Enjoy this tasty meal
