Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- I large egg
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 large onion grated
- 1-2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger or ½ tsp powdered
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce, Diana's honey garlic or maple gourmet are our favourites
Preparation
- Mix in bowl all ingredients, shape into burgers, and slap good so they stick well
- Wrap up and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours or longer
- Place on hot grill and cook till done
- Serve and eat
Makes between 6-8 burgers.
