You can cook grouper, snapper, trout, redfish, and almost every fish that is edible.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh fish fillets
  • Butter
  • Bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Completely melt butter on a plate
  2. Dip both sides of all fillets in butter
  3. Put bread crumbs in a Ziploc bag
  4. Put buttered fillets into Ziploc bag with bread crumbs
  5. Shake bag until the fish is covered in bread crumbs
  6. Remove fillets from bag and place on slightly greased pan over the stove
  7. Cook fillets until they are white throughout and flake easily
