American Fried Chicken Wings

Have paper napkins handy for this next finger licking treat.

Ingredients:

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Seasoned flour
  • Oil for frying.

Method:

Mix the oil, the sauces and the ketchup, garlic, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Make cuts on the chicken and mix the marinade into the chicken. Put in a polythene bag and keep for several hours. It can also be refrigerated overnight for the flavours to blend. Roll the chicken wings in flour and fry till well-browned all over. Serve hot.
