Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon mustard sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Seasoned flour
- Oil for frying.
Method:
Mix the oil, the sauces and the ketchup, garlic, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Make cuts on the chicken and mix the marinade into the chicken. Put in a polythene bag and keep for several hours. It can also be refrigerated overnight for the flavours to blend. Roll the chicken wings in flour and fry till well-browned all over. Serve hot.
