Get High on These Mocktails

It is not necessary to go a restaurant or bar for mocktails. Try these mocktails at home.

Strawberry delight

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops strawberry ice cream
  • 220 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry crush

Method

  1. Blend strawberry ice cream with pineapple juice and strawberry crush.
  2. Rinse the tall glass thoroughly with strawberry crush and pour the blended mixture in it.
  3. Place a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass and serve with a straw.

Mint Strawberry

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh strawberries
  • 3 wedges lime
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • 1 splash soda water

Method

  1. Muddle strawberries, mint, and lime in a shaker tin
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into glass filled with cracked ice
  4. Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with spring of mint

Mango Mocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce mango puree
  • 3 ounces white grape juice
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Sugar, for rim

Method

  1. Moisten the rim of a champagne glass with the wedge of lime
  2. Dip the rim into granulated sugar
  3. Add mango puree and grape juice
