Ingredients
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- powdered sugar
Method
Combine butter, flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Mix well and press into a lightly greased 13X9 pan. Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
