Ingredients
- 1 bag of Betty Crocker ® Chocolate Chips Cookie Mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of Tollhouse® White Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbp. of Almond extract
- 2 tbp. Vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375° F, and then proceed to add in a large mixing bowl the egg, butter, the cookie packet and the chips. Drizzle the extracts into the bowl and mix vigorously. Then begin to form small balls of the dough about 1in. wide and place them on non-greased baking sheets. Place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are a light golden color. Remove from oven and let stand 3 minutes and serve.
