Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz. chocolate chips (mini morsels taste best)
Method:
Mix flour and cinnamon together in small mixing bowl and then add salt and baking soda, set aside. Mix both sugars and softened (NOT MELTED) butter, then add vanilla, after well mixed in large mixing bowl then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add contents of smaller bowl into larger one slowly, bit by bit, mixing well. Then stir in chocolate chips.
Drop heaping large spoonfuls onto nonstick baking sheet, leaving at least 2 finger width spaces between each cookie. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 min. DO NOT OVER BAKE! Cookies should still look soft in the middle when you take them out. Let cool and then enjoy!
