Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 up to 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanila
- 1/2 cup nuts (any kind)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups of oats (no-cook/quick-cook variant)
- 200 grams of chocolate chips
Procedures:
1. Preheat oven 175 C
2. Combine butter, sugar, egg, water and vanila. Mix well until sugar is dissolved
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. In a baking tray, scoop a spoonful of the mixed butter and drop it in the greased baking tray.
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until light golden brown.
6. The finished product may be served with milk or topped with ice-cream.
