No Bake Cookies |

These are the easiest cookies you'll ever make! Double the batch, because these chocolatey no bake treats will go quickly! |
Ingredients-
2 c. sugar
-
3 c. quick oatmeal
- ½ c. milk
-
1 c. coconut
- ½ c. butter or margarine
-
1 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa
- ½ c. chopped walnuts
Method-
Boil sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for one minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Add oatmeal, coconut, vanilla and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
- Let cool and dry, then peel off the waxed paper.
