Ingredients
- 2 pkg. devils food cake mixes

4 eggs
- ¾ c. oil

8oz cream cheese (room temp)

2 ¾ c. powdered sugar
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cake mixes, eggs, and oil together.
- Batter will be stiff.
- Roll into 1” balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool on wire racks.
Filling:
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together and spread between two cookies. Voila! You have a homemade oreo cookie!
Variations:
Try with a different cake mix, such as white or yellow, milk chocolate, etc.
