Giant Peanut Butter Cookies |

The big cookie for big kids and little people who like Peanut Butter. Delicious and easy to make. Great for the lunch box. |
Ingredients- 100g Butter softened
- ¾ cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 2 tablespoons Golden Syrup
- 1½ cups flour 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 150g chocolate
Method - In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter together.
- Add sugar, egg, vanilla essence and golden syrup.
- Beat 4-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour and baking soda, stir to combine.
- Scoop a quarter cup measure of the mixture onto a lined baking tray.
- Leave room for spreading.
- Bake at 180°C.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are just beginning to brown, then place two squares of chocolate on top of each biscuit and bake for another 2-3 minutes. Cool on tray before placing on wire cooling rack. For variation you could ice with chocolate and sprinkles or chocolate and coconut.
